I had to go to so many different resources, so many books, events, and coaching to gather this knowledge, so I decided that someone needed to teach these things all in one place; thats how this 4 week training of Biz Mastery 2024 came about.

I'm not saying I have it all figured out. God knows how much I still don't know... BUT, I guarantee you, I’ll deliver everything I know!

Week 1: Mindset of a LEADER (cause if you don't have the right mindset, you won't make good decisions).

Know your worth and then add TAX! You will know your HOURLY RATE on day one and you will never do again anything that does not make you that money in the hour.
Will talk about if you can't automate it, delegate it, if you can't delegate it, eliminate it.
Will talk about leveraging! You will have a personal assistant, a house assistant and all the other assistants you need to MAKE money.
I'll share the step-by-step process of hiring, DISC assessment, video bio.
I'll explain the "I'll do it and you watch me, you do it and I'll watch you, then do it yourself".
I'lI explain the "Did you Google it, asked a friend before you called me?"

I will of course give you blank versions of all these trackers.
I will explain the importance of the Numbers meetings once a month.
...and the quarterly meetings with my Board of Directors. I will give you their info as well. Took me 2 years to find them.

WHO'S THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS TRAINING?

Well, let me be brutally honest with you. I do NOT believe in a get-rich-quick scheme. This training will fit the BIG dreamers and bigger doers. The ones who aren't scared of dreaming BIG, they just need some guidance with the HOW to make it a reality. It is not for someone who does not have an unmatched work ethic. I have to be honest, your head will be spinning from the overload of information. After the training, YOU or your assistants will have to set up all these systems. This is not a Staples easy button. None of these will just magically show up in your account. So if you are up for an overload of information, some follow-up hard work to set it all up... It's for YOU. If you somehow figured out how to make MONEY and you are worried it will all fall apart cause you don't have systems... It's for you! Trust me, I've been THERE!
